NORMA stands for Notes-based Online Records Management and Archiving.  NORMA is a series of integrated Lotus Notes databases which work together to provide state-of-the-art records management including such features as box status tracking, records center inventory control, retention and destruction tracking.  NORMA features workflow to manage documents from creation through retirement; full text access to archive databases; online circulation management; and extensive records center inventory, retention and destruction control.
