• The NORMA install kit has a password. (Licensed customers have been given passwords. If you download the kit without a password you won't be able to open it!) Call us at (978) 443-2996 (or send email to BSchless@RASCO.COM ) to get the password.
• The install kit is compressed using WINZIP. You will need a copy of WINZIP to "unzip" the kits. If you don't have a copy of WINZIP, click here and download it.
• If you just downloaded WINZIP install it on your computer.
• Download the install kit by clicking on the link below.
• When the kit is downloaded WINZIP will start. Go to Options on the toolbar and select password. Enter the password for the kit.
• Highlight the Notes templates and click on Extract. When WINZIP asks for a destination, enter C:\Notes\data (or wherever your systems administrator has put NOTEbookS .The files will be templates. Refresh the design on your databases with the new templates.
